Notes From Our Clients

     I like to bring our cars to Autobahn Car Repair because they actually care that I get only the repairs I need and that it's done right the first time.  My wife drives a 1994 Camry and I drive a 1992 Civic.  Neither car has been touched by another repair shop.  While Toyota and Honda sales and services are probably not thrilled with our cars' longevity, we are.

Dear Ron,

I drive around day after day, trying to figure out how I can put into words all I think and feel.

You did it! It’s absolutely fantastic! The car is running amazingly — smooth in acceleration, shifting, starting. This is better than it has been in more than three years!

Thank you so much for all you have done to get the car working so wonderfully again!

Yet, this is only part of what I think as I look back over all the years you have been there. I realize you are one of the few people in life I really trust. You have always been so caring. I remember working on the car a little in the old place. You just let me join in and I loved it. I remember you fixing the window on the old Rabbit, when I just couldn’t spend the money. That was an incredible gift. You have always cared about my family, and me.

Finding someone like you in a lifetime is rare. I am really moved to tears thinking of how generous and kind you have always been.

Thank you for all these years, all your caring and genuine interest, all our special conversations. Thank you for always listening to my concerns, reassuring me about all my doubts and worries, and always making sure I was safe in my car.

My experience with Ron and Autobahn go back close to 20 years. In looking back I really do not remember a time when I was treated unfairly. On the contrary, Ron has always stood behind his work and assured my satisfaction. Every effort is made to instill trust that the work done will be of the highest quality at a fair price.

 In short, you can rely on Autobahn and know that driving safety, mechanically will be maintained. As Ron has said, timely prevention work will keep you “off the hook.”

 I relocated to Dutchess County four years ago, but I would not bring my family’s four vehicles anywhere else!

I am very glad I found Autobahn a few years ago when a friend recommended I go there after being pulled over for a back brake light being out. Ron was very helpful and immediately replaced it for a very upset lady – me.

Soon after, I purchased a new car and was unhappy with the attitude of their personnel in Service. I switched to Autobahn and have been coming ever since. I can only bring my car in on a certain day because of my work schedule and everyone has worked with me.

The clever Newsletter, Coupon Savings, and Reminder Post Cards are touches you don’t usually get other places.  One feels as though you are thought of as a friend, neighbor, not just “another customer.”
